Blintz Soufflé

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Melt butter and coat baking dish.
  2. Place blintzes in baking dish.
  3. Mix all other ingredients, and pour over blintzes.
  4. Set aside for one hour at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
  5. Bake 350°F (180°C) 45-60 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Serve with fresh berries and sour cream.
  7. Enjoy!
