Garlic Cheddar Kugel

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Boil noodles in saucepan according to packing insturctions.
  3. While boiling, mince garlic.
  4. Mix about one clove of minced garlic with butter, then use this mixture to grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish.
  5. Place the remaining garlic, grated cheese, beaten eggs, and sour cream in the mixing bowl.
  6. Drain noodles and add to cheese mixture.
  7. Mix well and pour into baking dish - bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour.
  8. Serves 6 as a main dish.
  9. Enjoy!
